Teacher: A Profession That I Dream Of

         

        Teaching is not an easier profession than you think about. Teachers are a profession that has many responsibilities especially to their students and in school. I see all the struggles that a teacher encounters in a teaching career like how they prepare themselves everyday just to deliver their lesson in a different way. How they will encourage their students everyday, How will they prepare their lesson plan and many other things. This time I will tell you why I love this profession.

            For me to become a teacher is not easy as we think, we should always think of all of the challenges that a teacher will encounter when they are in the teaching field. As a future educator we can encounter different types of  students where there is a student that is smart, stubborn, weak in class or students who need special attention from the teacher. We will also encounter how we will make our students engaged in class here we can tests ourselves on how we will deliver our lesson that the students will participate actively and also it will rest our creativity skills and critical skills.

            When I was a child my dream was to become a teacher but when I am in my high school days there are times that my dreams change like sometimes I want to become a doctor and then to become an engineering. But as the times went by I now see clearly what I want to be in the future, I like to be a teacher. Everyday I always tell my parents that when I go to college I will take an education course. I don't know why but being a teacher attracts me. I think the true reason why I take this course is that my mother wants a daughter that is a teacher, I am not saying that she forced me to take this course. I take this course because I love it. I am happy when I help some students in their study. I love when there are some students who are happy when I teach them. Reaching out this dream is not easy, it is not easy as you think, we cannot say "teacher lang or teacher ka lang" because teacher is the noblest profession in our society. Teachers are the one who helps the students to mold their personality and they help the students to become ready on their journey.

It means that beside their parents, teachers are the ones that a child needs to be successful in life. Teachers are the people that never get tired of teaching their students, they are the one who inspires every one. That is why I take this profession because I also want to inspire and help my students to reach their dream or their goal in life. That is why I love this profession.
